Buena Park Inn

We had a pleasant stay. There are a lot of motels in the area. If you aren't familiar with the area you might get stuck staying the night sleeping next to a bunch of tweakers and hookers. This place is nicer though. We had no incidents whatsoever. Which is a miracle for the area that it's in. The rooms are clean. Fridge and microwave work. Pool is clean. Vending machine with snacks. No visitors. No bicycles in the room. You have to lock it by the pool, but there are security cameras that can view all areas so it's relatively safe if you have a good lock. I didn't like how the TV didn't have a guide to view what shows were coming on or which channel was which. They have free tea and coffee in the morning. I paid $79 plus $100 deposit on a Wednesday. Walk-ins can check in whenever they want but if you make reservations online you must wait until 3pm to check-in.

This place is a great spot I stay here with my wife and I have meet a lot of people the owners and employee that are here are good people and it’s a good feeling to know that there still people with integrity and show empathy to there customers

Excellent customer service. This place is not the greatest in the world but it is affordable and its staff is outstanding. The attendant at the front desk, Beverly, showed my wife and I utmost respect and accommodated us with a last minute room at the price we were quoted. If you want a room at a reasonable rate with customer service that goes out of their way to take care of your lodging needs, come to the Buena Park Inn and let the good staff make you feel welcomed in a professional manner. I recently stayed at the Buena Park Inn, and my experience was quite enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions, including Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the area.

We almost went with the reviews online. The hotel did not have any roaches. The rooms are big. The bed is comfortable but don't expect the best linen. It is a good when needing to rest.

The inn was a great spot for my weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and quickly got me situated with my room. The parking lot was close by and well-lit at night. The complex had plenty of lighting and visibility aids which helped me feel safe. The rooms were clean, well-kept and all the appliances worked as they should, despite looking dated. There was plenty to do nearby and seems to have a convienence store being built across the street, making late night snacks much more convienient. My stay there was comfortable, and would return at some point.

So over the course of 3 months me and my husband stayed here every week or so. We have never been disappointed. Their rooms have always been clean and spacious. We always booked online and never had a problem with it. The staff are cool and do their jobs well. Overall Knights inn is a great hotel chain.
